Hello Vjers!

My husband had the CAlifornia DL permit and got expired same day of I-94 expiration date. We can't renew it anymore since he can't show any docs that has more than 6 mos expiration date. So mean to say that all we can do right now is to wait the approval of AOS or EAD?

Thank You.

You may wait for your GC, but you may also present your EAD as proof of legal presence in US. It arrives sooner than your GC.
