Hi,

I'm going to file I 130 for my mother but I have some questions and sure that someone will help about it.

First, in section about all children do i have to include my self or i don't need to as i'm the petitioner.

second, is their any expedite process.

Third, Is there any sample of cover letter.

Thanks-

1- Yes you have to put your full name and all your sibling

2-There is no expedite process, if your mom is here in the US is more faster 5 month, if she's in her country take like 8 to 9 month

3- In Visajourney.com go to the link FORMS so you can see difference Cover letters.

God bless you
