We have interview on 21 September, living at my moms right now and so we don't have squat for evidence. Even the cell phone bill is only in my name but with a shared line. We only have pictures and a bank account  Anyway I hope I have all the paper work, I don't have a copy of the affidavit of support, sent it in a hurry. Not nervous about the interview but my paperwork is in a mess all over the place, what paperwork do I need to bring? All the way back to the original submission?

We brought everything back to the original submission. How about health insurance, car insurance, co-borrowers on any loans, life insurance beneficiary, etc as far as the evidence of relationship?

Anything you have/bring will only help your cause. Also, bring notarized statements from your parents and friends confirming your relationships and living situation. I am sure that would help alot.

Good Luck!

Dave

Thanks to all for the guidance and support and speedy processing to all!

I got the same dilemma too...I hope you guys could help me with this one... I received a notice from USCIS today about request for applicant to appear for initial interview on Oct. 18, 2006. Is this the real interview for AOS approval? And I have questions about what to bring, coz i've been here in the US for only about 3 months so when it comes to joint account, utility bills and lease agreement..we don't have those yet. My husband recently just got a house inside his base in Germany now. I'm still in the US living with my mom-in-law. What we got so far is medical insurance from TRICARE,my military id card stating im a spouse of an active military personnel so i can get into any military base, and his military orders with my name (as his dependent) included in the orders. We do have wedding pics, love letters, plane tickets of trips together, our wedding venue bill, & a bunch of other stuff that proves our genuine relationship..

We dont have health insurance together yet, open enrollment is in October and so thats not available, no car insurance because she doesn't drive, no lease, but I will get something notorized by my mother, she is a beneficiary on my life insurance at work and I will try to get that. We have joint bank account, membership at Ballys Vic Tanny together, its too late to get credit cards in her name before interview. Oh well I guess we just bring everything we can.
