hi guys...

i just wanna know if we should send any package or paper to the NVC??

we just paid the 88 dollars , its still in process.. and i already sent the DS3032 email...i dont know if we should do anything or just wait for the statue of the AOS to be "PAID" and then pay the 404 ollars?

08/12/2010 received NOA1

09/05/2011 received NOA2

20/05/2011 Called the NVC get NVC number and gave our emails

21/05/2011 DS3032 email Sent /

23/05/2011 paid the AOS fee Bill

25/05/2011 AOS statut PAID

25/05/2011 Sent Request to clear the error in my name (ughhh)

27/05/2011 PAID the IV BILL -statut in process

28/05/2011 got the response for my request to modify the error in my name..== OK

31/05/2011 AOS Package sent via usps express

01/06/2011 IV bill statut " PAID "

03/06/2011 AOS Package received by NVC

03/06/2011 IV Package sent via usps express

05/06/2011 IV Package received by NVC

05/06/2011 fingers crossed

17/06/2011 second stupid FALSE RFE for missing DS230

24/06/2011 SIF SIF SIF SIF YES SIIIIF (Sign In Failed) and Case complete ( CC)

28/07/2011 medical passed===> OK

10/08/2011 interview date==>ok but there is a missing document

Yeah you have to wait for the status to show paid and then print off the barcode letter it gives you to print ...that goes on top of the AOS package...same thing for the IV bill package as well (that should be coming to you soon to pay since you sent the ds 3032) ...once those show paid and you have printed the barcode letters then you can send everything in. But call consistently to NVC to get updates once you get a sign in fail to the online portal its very promising your case is complete at nvc...but again call them :) best of luck

That's actually up to you how you send...I sent at the same time both packages...one of the AOS my financial info etc...and the ds 230 package which has all the beneficiary info and marriage info etc...

I overnighted them at the same time two separate packages and they were uploaded within about a week of eachother so I was getting a false RFE for the AOS package until they finally uploaded...it took from april 18th (when i sent in the packages) until May 3rd to complete my case and we had interview scheduled pretty quickly...

I would however recommend sending packages to be able to track.. :)
