ANOTHER RFE?

I received this kind of notice....R they going to send another RFE again and wait for it? We filed last April....I thought they already sent a new IMBRA form for us...

Don't lose hope, Manny and Jenny! Just send them what they want! Since you filed in April, you'll see your approval very very soon.

From what I have seen here when you get a RFE and send it back the approval comes quickly after. It's probably something easy like more pictures or originals of some paperwork.

.....my fiance forgot to send the the first 2 pages attached....he only sent the questionnaire page (3rd page)...maybe this is the reason why the USCIS will resend the questionnaire again....(sigh) Am I going to wait for months again after this second rfe?

No, you probably won't have to wait too long from the moment they get your rfe response. This is what Gary was trying to tell you...Be optimistic!

i recieved a second rfe as well.....for the us fiance birth certificate...sent it back and didnt wait too long to get approved.....hang in there...it wont be long...good long you 2!!!!! ....AND GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY
