hi every body

my husband is us citizen, he does not have a job and we are married since 3 years. his mother will be my sponsor for a spouse visa, she is retired, us citizen and her incom is more then $24 000,00 a year, she pays her taxes, owns her house . my husband and i will live with her because she is alone and he is her only child.

i am overseas but i come to the us sometimes with a tourist visa . i still have my visa available until 2012 but i want to do my application for a spouse visa when i go back overseas .

how long it will take? do you think that having my mother in law as a sponsor makes things easy for my aplication? is somebody in the same situation like me?

thanks alot for answering my question.
