My petition has already been submitted but I was wondering if my Birth Certificate will be asked for throughout the K1 process. I am the petitioner and on my birth certificate it states Erik but throughout the rest of my docs including my passport it states Eric. As proof of my citizenship I sent USCIS a copy of my passport since my SSN and my Drivers Licence are all under the same name. I haven`t dealt with too much official docs in the past this was something that I never was concerned about but now I`m hoping that it hasn`t come to bite me. I will make the changes after her AOS if all goes well. I`d appreciate any input in regards to this matter. Thanks

As I am sure you saw, the I-129 instructions call for passport OR birth certificate. I don't know why they would ask for the birth cert. in addition to what you provided already.
