forgot the G-1145

hello guys

i've got approved too on monday yeeeeeeeeeeeey im so happy, my husband received the NOA2 on monday just in time, i thught it would take a bit longer...

anyway, i know that for now we have to wait for th NVC to contact us..but i reaad that they contact u on ur email that u've alreaady filled on the form G 1145...which WE DIDNT...my husband did forget to file this form with the I130...

so i dont really know what to expect...

anyone who went through the same thing??

any ideas??

i've looked also for the DS3032 on the net to see what its like but i didnt find it...HELP

09/05/2011 received NOA2

20/05/2011 Called the NVC get NVC number and gave our emails

21/05/2011 DS3032 email Sent /

23/05/2011 paid the AOS fee Bill

25/05/2011 AOS statut PAID

25/05/2011 Sent Request to clear the error in my name (ughhh)

27/05/2011 PAID the IV BILL -statut in process

28/05/2011 got the response for my request to modify the error in my name..== OK

31/05/2011 AOS Package sent via usps express

01/06/2011 IV bill statut " PAID "

03/06/2011 AOS Package received by NVC

03/06/2011 IV Package sent via usps express

05/06/2011 IV Package received by NVC

05/06/2011 fingers crossed

17/06/2011 second stupid FALSE RFE for missing DS230

24/06/2011 SIF SIF SIF SIF YES SIIIIF (Sign In Failed) and Case complete ( CC)

******

NVC journey ended after 34 days***

28/07/2011 medical passed===> OK

10/08/2011 interview date==>ok but there is a missing document

21/08/2011 Visa in hand

27/08/2011 POE at CHICAGO O'Hare

but i wanna know, this is just the sample, i shouldnt be donwloading it and filling it to my husband, do i have to wait till they send me the form or what???

how can i interact with em with email??since i didnt not send the G1145

The G1145 is for USCIS processing only. It sounds like you've moved on to the NVC process, and there are some handy guides to that process here on VJ. :)

Not sure if it works the same as the UK, but you do not have to wait on NVC getting your file, give them a week and get your USC to call them to see if they have got it and if they have you can get your case number and ook medical, I know that can be done if ours is approved! good luck
