Hi all,

I'm sure this has happened to others too. I'm curious how long it took to get your Noa2 after submitting additional information? They requested a divorce decree certified and in English. They acknowledged they received it on April 27th. They have actually had it since the 20th ( I sent fed ex overnight and requested signature).

How long does it take to review 1 piece of paper, ugh!!

Before you talk with Congressman Carter -

get on the phone today with a Tier 2, ISO human, and inquire for status of adding RFE stuff into the casefile, and status on adjudication.

Don't get stuck with a Tier 1, CSR sub-human, they don't have the same computer access that a Tier 2, ISO human, has. You'll have to blow through the CSR, to get to an ISO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Made a call and escalated to a Tier 2 ISO human. She took my information and said I should get a email or letter response to my delay in 5-7 days.....We shall see.

Nope, all she said was they received the RFE information they requested. She said she sent an email to the VSC for status and I should get a response within 5-7 days..........Gotta love the way US Citizens are treated by the US Government........

Inappropriately worded response has been removed along with post quoting the same. Acceptable part of the post quoting the same has been returned to the thread below:

It's now the 12th, still no answer. Really, to review 1 piece of paper.........c'mon. Hopefully Congressman Carter can assist.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
