will be 6 months for me May 15th told was in background checks..i think its an excuse for them being behind or something but seeing jan and dec filers being approved is so frustrating..

Start calling your Senator or Congressman and ask for help.

You should have been prepared to do this when you filed. You must be pro-active and assume the best and worst for everything.

I already have a template written up for my Congressman/Senator written up just in case I get into this same predicament. Just have to change the date and sign for it.

I am just 3 days shy of my first month in USCIS stage.
