RFE how long does it take????

CSC received my RFE on the 28th of August and I still haven’t heard from them.

How freakin long does it take?

This process is KILLING ME. It seem that anything to do with my I-129f take 3 to 4 times longer then most. I’ve call the congressmen in Colorado and begged them to do something and alls I get is you have to give it more time.

How can I get my congressmen to do something for me?

It took them 2 weeks to acknowledge my RFE was received.

Call and ask for the immigration liason or staffer at the Denver offices of Sen. Wayne Allard, Sen Ken Salazar, then call the congressman for your distrcict. Good luck!

I had my congressmen call and just find out what was going on thats all they can really do. You may have better luck contacting your senetor. they have a little more pull with govt agencys but in the long run you most likley will have to wait

I too waited much longer for our approval of the I-129F, so I do understand your frustrations.

I can't believe they sent your application to El Paso!!!!!! What the heck!!!!!

Hopefully, you'll hear something really soon and then you can get on with your lives.
