And yes the thing with new fee is a joke, so I agree if they intentionally slowed things down to get more money later.

Just do the math, that's a lot of money/year.

So, does anyone dare to make prediction for Feb VB already?

Please don't say that..Coz 3 weeks will place me on the edge of another 1 month waiting. I am just 4 weeks far now from being current. 3 weeks will make me short by just 2 days But lets see how they move for next couple of months. We have to accept whatever they do. Now, lets see when they start sending Interview Letters.

I hope for more than 4 weeks, but I'm just trying to keep my own expectations low and minimising the impact of disappointment and stress caused by things that are not in our control.

Anyway, looking at the 2012/12 waiting list for F1, almost 289000 as of 1 Nov 2012, Vs 23400/year.

Anyone has any thoughts?

Yeah....i understand what u mean. Thats why i have also considered 3 week movement for myself. But 1 more week movement will be a boon ....for me...Now, lets see what they do....????

Ladies n Gentlemen... it is so very frustrating... Especially having done everything before including medical and police certs and now have to do it all over again and additionally pay more money (the 165 USD if you are processed after Febraury 2013)... But we will just have to wait see what happens... In the meantime I am a strong believer that God works everything out in the perfect timing..

My wish for all of you is that you have a wonderful Christmas and may we move forward the best way possible for the New Year!

Well...this is week is over now. And Sat, Sun, Mon & Tue are Holidays in US. Now, from 26th Wed to 28th Fri we can expect Interview Letters. If not in these days then again 4 days are holidays upto 2nd Jan, Tuesday. So, from 3rd they can start sending Interview Letters. Now, lets see when they start in next week or in New Year. For, all information, i checked last year data and last year they started sending Interview Letters from 2nd Jan....

So, i suggest guys to check their mail boxes from next week,wednesday....

Tamilyn, myself, Grace A & Julie- MC are the next Jan filers....

Yes and you have 1 year period to pay 165 , bcs thats the mount they want for green card and other papers they spend money on.

Anynews guys? Checking last year VB , i read that from January VB to February VB moven 2 months and a week. If we are veryy luckyyy and smth like that is repeatit VB can hit 1 march 2006.
