Tamilyn he wont receive an IL letter because he already is in the USA. So they will call him in to do biometrics and finger prints based on what was complete when they first got intouch with him... His PD is Dec 16, 2005 and the Dept of state has contacted him so that means he is going to be current next VB.. I think the VB will move 4 weeks as the VB predicted... I am happy.. So I know us January people are going to get ILs for February 2013... All the best ladies and gentlemen!

U r right Grace A cos his application is AOS. So he wont receive Interview Letter.

Now comes turn of following guys in our VJ:

1. Tamilyn - Jan 12

2. krishh_gem - Jan 17

3. Julie - MC - Jan 20

4. Grace A - Jan 23

Another point i would like to say is that this time NVC started sending I/Ls earlier and most probably they have finished also. Now, they will go forward for Feb Interviews. And this month also they would schedule Interviews even early and before 25 Dec Christmas which is tuesday. The reason why i say so is that whole week of Christmas will be holiday in US up to Jan 1 2013 which is also a tuesday. So, they would rather prefer to complete their work earlier then to finish after Christmas.

So, i would recommend u guys to check ur mail boxes before Christmas week and i hope they do so. Now just waiting fro official Vb to be published.

I am happy for you! Pchelula. Did you do adjustment of status as well? I am in US so I will also do the adjustment of status when my priority date is current.

Loudoff This is something that Pchelula copied from the trackit website in response to the question you had asked the person (black---) about his priority date.. not Pchelula...

Yeah...if our PD is going to be current in Feb, then we would receive our I/L by Dec end and atmost 1st week of Jan '13. So, i would reccon u to start cheking ur mail box from last week of Dec. But maybe due to christmas they start earlier and if not then after Jan 1st.

Good luck MariaC with ur interview! They pretty much ask you the questions that u answer on the DS230 form... Don't worry just know how to establish urself as being related to who filed for you... Like what they do when last u seen them etc... And u could go and they don't ask you anything either

Tamilyn I'm glad to have helped... Yea Krish is right we need to check our mailboxes late Dec or Early Jan!

All the best to the interviewees ... Let us know how it went!
