Hello Family from VJ.

So today I just decided to call USCIS since I woke up so sick

and couldn't wake up early to call my senator.lol SHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

DONT TELL JAZ00MINE lol.. :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

:ot2: So this nice lady told me the same ######.Blah BLah your receipt this and that

something I know because I read it every single day on the website lol. :rofl:

Sooooooooooooo she told me I am indeed outside normal processing times. :wow:

Something else I knew damn it..

And was able to put in a service request...yayyyyyyyy meeeeeeeeee

I know it doesnt mean ###### but I feel better.

We will see what they say anyday now...

Lol.... Thats the samething i was herein when i calld blah blah blah...lol who cares i jus want 2 here the gud news lol .... well that also happen 2 me .. The five months was up n i was like wat did i do wrong... ! I calld them they told me wait i cant remember how long but i did get something n the mail a fews after ...wooo hooo!! Gud luck 2 u .. Wish u the best feel better!! sis&sull

11/21/2011 - NVC case # received by email/ Got AOS fee by email/ Called NVC to provide beneficiary email

.....took a break from process to delay interview....
01/26/2012 - Payed IV fee

For instance my Case is already outside normal processing times.

So they are going to take a look at it ..is an expedite request.

Hi and good luck to everyone, right now K-1's at VSC are running 6 months average, myself and several of my friends got our NOA2 near the 6 month mark. The waiting is brutal but it will come! good luck again and hang in there, i know what you feel.

10/11/2010 - I-129F sent via USPS

10/19/2010 - NOA1 hard copy received, dated 10/15/2010

04/08/2011- received NOA2 hard copy, dated 04/05/2011

04/12/2011- NVC received petition

04/18/2011- received letter from NVC

04/18/2011- Manila embassy received petition

04/27/2011- medical exam passed

05/04/2011- appointment letter received dated 06/01/2011

06/01/2011- appointment date, put on administrative review

06/24/2011- visa granted

06/29/2011- received visa

07/18/2011- cfo class

07/21/2011- arrived in America

09/02/2011- happily married!

AOS Timeline

12/01/2011- AOS packet sent

12/06/2011- received email and text from USCIS with MSC number

12/07/2011- check was cashed

12/10/2011- received NOA hard copy dated 12/05/2011

12/12/2011- received NOA hard copy for biometrics appointment for 12/28/2011

12/24/2011- received NOA hard copy stating that our case was transfered to CSC on 12/20/2011

12/28/2011- biometrics appointment completed

yup the service request means they have to look at your file lol and hopefully they will be nice enough and approve it right there!! I put in a service request on March 28th before I left to DR and on day 17 or so I emailed them and included my referral ID: SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov as well as vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov. On Friday April 15th dated April 8th I received the service response by mail saying "Petition is still pending" like DUH!! :bonk: :bonk: Also, on Monday April 18 I got an email from the congressman's office stating that a letter was sent to VSC requesting case status. And then, Tuesday April 19th I got approved!!.

Call your congressmen and senators fax them those letters and information release forms and keep calling them until they work with you and harass VSC too lol :yes:

How long was it before they would enter the service request for you? Just curious as Wednesday will be our 6 month mark! Isn't it funny how the littlest things relieve some of the anxiety of this process...

well am on 5m 3wks so i think you should call and ask them if you can put in a service request.

I called for my service request 1 day after my 5 month mark on March 28. Just read my timeline below.
