Finally sending this thing in...

1) I'm sending about 20 photos, 2-3 from each of the last 7 trips over the last 2 years. I planned to attach the photos for each trip (2-3 per trip) on a sheet of paper with tape and simply write our names, date, and location above each photo on the sheet of paper. Is this ok?

2) I-129F Part A Question 11.

I am providing a supplemental document behind the I-129F titled "I-129F Supplement: Part A, Question 11"

I intend to provide my ex-wife's name (who was illegal in the US and we married in 1996), A#, Date of filing, Place of filing, Result, Divorce Date.

The problem I have is I do not know the exact date we filed. I know that it was in 1997 (we filed in person for her Temporary Resident Card. They gave her what is called, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States dated 6/9/97 (I have a copy of it, but I do not know if that is the date we filed). I do recall that after 3 years I finally called them and said we haven't heard from them, they said "Come in." We went... they had messed our deal up... they had me as the beneficiary and her as the petitioner, etc. Long story short, we went back the following week for an interview and they issued her the 10 year permanent resident card dated 08/29/00... which I have a copy of.

As for the date they are requesting that I filed for her, should I just put that 06/09/97 date that was on the Authorization for Parole and say see attached and attach a copy of that as well as a copy of her Permanent Resident Card? That is what I would like to do. Thoughts?

3) Is a file# the same thing as an A#? The A# on her Perm Resident Card from 2000 has 9 digits on it. All #'s. THe file #on her Authorization for Parole in 1997 has the letter A, then 8 digits. I.e. A 12 345 678.

The 2 numbers are different. Are they supposed to be the same?

4) Lastly... what section on this board is how to attach everything... I.e. Paperclips, etc. I know I read something about it about 2 years ago. Can't find it.

Thanks.

2 more question...both about my divorce decree.

1) My uncertified copy (not signed by the judge, given to me the day of my divorce 6 years ago has 30 pages. The 29th page is the judge's signature page (not signed). The 30th page is the page both myself, ex-wife and attorney signed (all 3 signatures). I have a copy of that uncertified one, without the judges signature on page 29. I also have a Certified Copy that I went and got from court house last year. Oddly, the 29th page has the judges signature, but there is no 30th page. I.e. The Certified Copy has the judges signature page and that is the last page of the Certified Copy. They did not include page 30 (last page) with our signatures in the Certified Copy. Is this correct, or was page 30 with our signatures left off in error? Should I just put page 30 from the uncertified one behind page 29? All the pages look the same anyhow. Thoughts?

2) On page 1 of the divorce decree it says... Agreed Final Decree of Divorce on Sept 28, 2005. On the Judges signature page he has it dated Sept 30, 2005. Which date do I put when I list the date of divorce when answering I-129F Supplement Part A, Question 11.

Thanks
