Hi, we've our interview coming Monday (in Miami). On the letter received therefore, under "YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU" a number of items is listed. Some of them were submitted with the original application (I-864 e.g.). Do we have to fill them out again, or does the interviewing IO have our records in front of him, which we'd sent to Missouri?

Whatever they ask for bring, regardless if it was sent already. You sent copies of everything so when you go to your interview bring the originals and anything else that you think may help your application such as photographs, affidavits, 2010 tax return or anything else that can help with the adjudication.

09/08/2011 (Day 200 ) Email notification of Interview.
10/11/2011 Interview at 26 Federal Plaza, NY!
Interviewed and Am expecting RFEs!
10/13/2011 (Day ***) Received RFE-- Requesting that I provide documentation to prove I was never married in Uk or Illin
02/11/2012 (Day ***) Service request..Told its being reviewed by supervisor

24th March 2012!!!!!!!!!!! Email notifiying me of CARD IN PRODUCTION
03/26/2012 (Day 376) Emails confirming that my I-130 and I-485 have been approved.

4/2/2012 Green Card In Hand!

Unbelievable that my journey took this long but Im thankful

Next Stop Premed...Yup!

3/24/2014 Application for conditions to be removed

9/22/2014 APPROVED without interview.

also if you bring new proof make sure you make a copy of it for them

7/28/04 we met

11/25/10 package received

02/14/11 EAD in the mail!!!!!!!

Bring the originals of stuff you sent copies of but like the medial and the I864. They have your whole file with those. They just want to see originals of your birth certificate and marriage certificate etc.

January 28, 2011- Mailed off AOS package (Day 0)

February 8,2011 - Received Rejection notice due to incorrect fees (Day 11)
February 9, 2011 - Resubmitted AOS package with correct fees (Day 12)
February 11, 2011 - Fedex Delivery confirmation signed by S.BUSH. (Day 14)
February 15, 2011 - NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765 received via email (Day 18)
February 19, 2011 - Got biometrics letter. Appointment for 03/10/2011 (Day 22)
February 22, 2011 - Received NOA hardcopies I-485, I-130, I-765 (Day 25)
February 23, 2011 - Walk-in biometrics was successful. In and out in 10 mins. (Day 26)
February 24, 2011 - Contacted Congressman rep regarding EAD expedite (Day 27)
March 7, 2011 - Contacted Congressman rep regarding EAD expedite. Informed rep that I had just received a job offer. (Day 38)
March 7,2011 - Received email from USCIS card/document production (Day 38)
March 10, 2011 - Second email notification for EAD (Day 41)

My husband is a USC by birth so we just brought his birth certificate to the interview. I suppose if the petitioner was naturalized they want the certificate.

It says after "Bring the following item with you" "unless already submitted." So, if you already sent in a I-864 (which you should have) then no need for a new one. It does say to bring a copy of everything you already sent, so bring a copy of it.

4/15/11 received noa1 aos,aed & por

4/23/11 received Biometrics appt for 5/11

4/28/11 successful walk in Biometrics

5/13/11 EAD arrive

5/16/11 APPLY FOR SSN

5/18/11 GOT PRINTOUT OF SSN

5/19/11 GOT MY FL DL WIFE IS SUPER HAPPY SHE DOESNT HAVE TO DRIVE ANYMORE.

06/22/2011 INTERVIEW DATE JUNE 22
