hi all.

i am a K1 Vermont waiting for my NOA2.

june 3 i will turn 33 years old.

this is all the vaccines i've had since i was born... after my Medical Records

BCG (tuberculosis) 1 shot

Polio -1

Polio -2

Polio -3

Polio R-1

Polio R-2

Variola/Smallpox (1 shot)

DTP -1 (Tetanus)

DTP -2

DTP -3

DTP R-1

DT R-2 (Pertussis)

DT R-3

DT Riv-4

Measles (Fruth in albanian) 1 shot

concerning "New Vaccination Criteria for U.S. Immigration" that you can find in this link

should i go ahead and complete the list form CDC, in my country Albania, so when going to USA and applying for AOS i will not have to pay hundreds on vaccines and lose time?? or shouldn't bother because they don't recognize vaccines from other Country other than USA??

I would bring any records/evidence that you have that you received these vaccines with you. That way you will have them available and documented that you received them. If there's any doubt of your immunity they can run antibody tests. The form will still have to be signed and transcribed by civil surgeon in the US.

Do not complete the vaccines from the list. Vaccines must be age appropriate. Panel physician will determine which vaccines are appropriate for you.

Hi , i had the same List when i was doing my paper for coming in usa . and i did not change or did any extra vaccines , bc for everyone vaccines missing they will recmoned you where to go if u have any not done .

I did mine in usa , and did not cost a lot .
