K1 ONGOING RELATIONSHIP PROOF :help: I have many recorded conversations with my fiancee on my 2 cellphones . I have been recording the first 3 minutes of our daily conversations since June 2010 till this day . I have close to 300 recordings all with the date stamped on each individual file. All these recordings can only be accessed on the actual cellphones themselves with just a few simple clicks. These are prepaid cellphones and there is no record of the calls from the company itself. MY QUESTION IS : COULD I SEND THESE 2 INEXPENSIVE CELLPHONES TO MY FIANCEE WITH A WRITTEN LETTER TO THE US EMBASSY EXPLAINING THE TYPE OF ONGOING RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE WE HAVE SO SHE( FIANCEE ) COULD TURN IT IN AS EVIDENCE WHEN SHE GOES FOR HER INTERVIEW FOR THE K1 VISA IN GUANGZHOU CHINA ?? we also have Yahoo messenger messages and emails as proof . We received our NOA2 on March 29 2011 and I am putting together all the necessary paperwork to send to her including proof of an ongoing relationship. THANKS FOR EVERYBODY'S HELP IN ADVANCE

Yes, ER Team is correct, it is my understanding they do not accept media, like recordings or CDs, or videos. Also a lot of embassies during the interview make you leave cell phones and things like that in your car/at home.

6/2004: started dating

9/2010: engaged!

11/18/2011: NOA1

4/20/2011: NOA2

7/13/2011: Interview!-Approved!

10/29/2011: Wedding :-D

Good luck on your journey everyone! :-)

The good news is that the recordings are probably not needed. Emails are accepted, because they are verifiable and date stamped. Also, Facebook messages are acceptable for the same reason. Just remember that both would have to be printed in advance for her to take to the interview. They will not allow her to log into a computer, or use a cell phone.

You can also forward to her a copy of your phone bill showing the calls, dates, duration etc. of the calls - that will be acceptable as well.

Good luck!
