You should put the address of the Consulate you are going to have your interview.

Make sure you know all about the petitioner. How many children, how many time previously married, about all those crimes, address, where they live, etc etc.

I read somewhere you need 2 copies of the D-156 form. You might want to check. I only mention this because you specifically said 3 pics. You sound well prepared. Good luck..

How come I read it on my consulate for requirements and the DS-157 is not listed? Is this base on the consulate? And what is the NBI and CENOMAR you mentioned? I've haven't heard of that since I've been on here. Good luck on the interview and get a good sleep.
