Anxiety...Please Help

Hello VJ members, Please all who have gone through the medical examination at Ciudad De Juares please reply to my concern. My husband will soon have his medical exam and I would like to know what the physical exam consists of? What all do they check and look for in the person physically? Do they check all body parts? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Normally there is a website you can check which will vaguely outline it.

I dont know how much they differ between countries, but for England it generally consists of a chest xray for TB, then they lay you on the bed and check your stomach (dont know what for), for women they may check breasts too.

They may also take a peek down your pants to verify you are male/female

My wife just had hers last week. Consisted of the physician walking in, listened to her lungs with his stethascope(sp), laid her down on the exam table..palpatated her abdomen, sat her back up..walked over and sat down in front of his computer and said to me.."ok, this is what Immigration wants" and rattled off several injections.

That was it.

Gang related tattoos are an important part of the CDJ exam, so if he has any, be prepared for a psychological referral, and maybe AP--they don't take it lightly
