A very good friend is off to meet his new, maybe honnie in Lviv.

He specifically needs apartment rental referrals, but I think will take all info also.

His lady actually lives in Koval (?) and will be travelling there to stay with her parents at their request but will first meet up in Lviv.

I stayed at Hotel Stary Krakow back in February and it was nice, clean, quiet and close to the tourists type area of Lviv. I don't know the exact cost as it was part of a travel package deal that included tours and such. But the total package was cheap so I am sure it would not be too much. Here is a link to a translated page about the hotel.

I think he only needs it for two weeks max.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Baron555... Elena and I have used Kiev for Rent (kievrent.net) twice and been very satisfied. We deal with Yana there. Clean one bedroom serviced apartment and we pay about $55 a day. Payment is always in cash. (Not surprising) We also have used Guest House Apartments and we were also satisfied. Going back in a few weeks and will most likely use Kiev for Rent again. It takes a little getting used to as the buildings look a little shabby by American standards but the apartments are nice. Elevators may or may not always work. But you will have much more room in the apartments at about half the price of a hotel room. We rarely eat out and cook in the apartment. Good luck.. David and Elena
