I am a legal permanent resident. I will be marrying my girlfriend soon,we have a baby. what will be the procedure to get their LPR here. They are in pakistan.

How did you obtain your green card..? The process would be to file the I-130 with USCIS.

You will file an I-130 for each immigrant, and then wait for visa numbers to be assigned by NVC. They will be given priority F2A which has about a 4 year wait currently.

However if you naturalize during the 4 year wait, you will report this and their petitions will be bumped up to Spouse and Child of a US Citizen, getting an immediate visa number under the Unlimited class.

Is there a way to bring them here?

Or they will be staying in pakistan until they get green card?

They can visit, however to be resident in the USA they will need LPR status, that is only issued when arriving in the USA on an immigrant visa.

Can file the petitions after marriage, and then once become a citizen can then get the petitions upgraded.

This mean i should apply for their simple visitor visa to get them here. Hope they get 5 years visa, as i have to wait for my citizenship for that long(i just got greencard). Then i shoud get married here and file their case.

One more thing is my wife(to be) has a visa, can she get visa for our baby. and what r the chances for her to get it?

There is no way for an LPR to immediately bring a wife and child to the US. The current wait is 4 years.

One more thing is my wife(to be) has a visa, can she get visa for our baby. and what r the chances for her to get it?

They may get a 5 year visa, however the term of stay will be set bu the POE when they visit which would be 6 months or less, overstaying that can get into problems.

Even on visitor visa?

My wife(to be) has a visa, can she apply for our baby or not? What if she apply?

then the baby will have no issue getting a visa.

the visa is just valid for a time however the time allowed to stay is for a shorter period as with any other country.... s u cant just go there and stay however long u want.
