proof of relationship for K1

Hello All,

Our NOA2 got approved at the end of march. We have now started gathering evidence to submit for the K1 interview.

My question is that should we show all the evidence from the beginning of our relationship-- Including what we have already shown as proof of ongoing relationship for I 129F OR should we just add new evidence since we submitted our NOA2?

I am just worried that showing all evidence will make the file really huge since our phone bills for the past 1.5 years will run into hundreds of pages.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

our approval was a review of the former pictures and airline confirmations...possibly you can also think to add things you did not include the first time..such as bank/credit card statements showing activity in her country at the time of visit..Also again include pictures...After that we went heavily into a generous sampling of emails, skype time logs showing elapsed times but not the actual chats...include receipts for English lessons, pictures and receipts for flowers and gifts send.

I think most people would be better off to have a wider sampling than only 300 pages of emails. Anything you can think of that paints a picture of your relationship....receipts for English lessons, birthday gifts...etc, etc.

NOA2 is in Place. Now proof of a On-Going Relationship. It is not required you know eachother for 2 years. People always confuse meeting eachother within 2 years as required Verses having to know eachother for 2 years. Gather Evidence of a On-going relationship since March. (A few previous to March also) You only have to go back to March. but, to be safe, add some earlier information on the relationship. It may seem like a repeat since you already jumped the NOA2. Good Luck.

Hi, The US Citizen should have mailed a complete copy of the 129F package to the foreign fiance/e, that would have had the evidence in it for when you first filed in 9/2010. You would want to be collecting evidence after 9/2010 to take with you to the interview. Good Luck To You Both :)

Is there a minimum or maximum pages only allowed to bring as copy of evidences in the interview?
