hello everyone.

based on marriage ,me and my wife live together in USA since 3 years and had one 16 months old daughter.My I-130 approved on april, 5 2011. can anyone tell what's the next step. i understand i have to submitt the form i-485 and i-765 and what else should i have to submit. thanks

OP- what visa are you adjusting from? Is your wife a greencard holder or US citizen?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

after the uscis approved your case

they will transfer it to the nvc

national visa center

after the mvc receive your i130 they will send to you the second case number after they will send to you to pay 88 dollars and send to them form affidavit of support

after that they will send to you to pay 404 dollrs for your visa and send to them the documents with your pics

after that they will complete your case and send to you an interview
