So we had our interview yesterday morning here in Phoenix! We arrived at 7am for a 7:20 appointment time. We were out by 8am. The interview went great! Asked us the normal questions and asked for copies of our kids' birth certificates and boom! She handed us a paper that said approved! We are so excited!

Wifie already started to look for jobs today. Hopefully she finds one that she likes!

Good Luck to everyone else who is waiting!

P.S. How long after the interview did you guys have to wait before your GC arrived in the mail?

I know this is going so sloooooooooooowwwww for us too. We were transferred May 23rd and no touches at all. So much for the speedy process at CSC.

We haven't heard a thing since our transfer to the CSC either. I figured we'd have the GC before August was over given everyone else's luck!

We received the EAD, but never received the travel doc

Interview is set for next Monday

I'm a little confused with the paperwork they are asking for, specifically

1) Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application

What are they talking about here? The stuff we sent out with the K1? Like pictures, letters, and things like that? What if I have no idea what letters & pictures I sent out?

USCIS

Feb 01, 2011 - Mailed to US Embassy in Buenos Aires

Embassy

Oct 03, 2011 - Finally got the damn GC, except they put issue date 2007, expiration 2009 instead of issue 2011 expiration 2013. Rather than reissue the damn thing, they sent an i-90 form to complete and request a new one! Why?

The EAD and AP are on the same card now. It's all one card.

They are probably the same card, take a closer look, does it say "serves as advance parole" on it(or something similar to that)?

They are talking about documents that you sent with AOS packet, like marriage certificate, birth certificate etc. You sent photocopies of those documents with your packet, so they might ask to see originals at the interview to make sure that the copies you sent are copies of real documents. It's always a good idea to make a copy of complete packet before you send it out and bring it to the interview + all original documents.
