Hey, to those who got RFE's.. did you receive some kind of NOA1 to know that they received it? Was it by mail or just on the USCIS site? And how long does it take? Just wondering how this works.. Just confirmed that it was delivered this morning so I'm back in the game now..

I didn't receive any NOA when they got my reply to their RFE. The website did update the status though. Been sitting that way ever since! At least when my wife gets her GC, it will be a 10 year one and we will not have to deal with this ####### again!

I keep getting weird notifications.. On July 1st, we approved your EAD then ordered card production. Then on July 6th, it was card production again, and today it went back to "We have approved this petition" LoL.. Is this normal I mean when do you think they sent it, last week or just today?

It is normal. Check out post #489 (by G Olivas) on the March AOS Thread. Also, you meant June (not July) I hope..Good luck!

My status was like that too... it was at "card production" but went back to "we've approved".

For AP, they said (on the status online), that they have mailed a notice on 5/24, but I haven't received anything yet.

It's been already 2 weeks....I started to worry if they made any mistakes on my address or something.

Have you received any notice for AP or EAD?

I only got those weird status updates, as far as I know no mail has arrived yet. I am not home so I am just relying on my mother-in-law to tell me what mail I got, and so far she hasn't texted. I'll probably call her later to ask. I am also waiting for my health insurance cards to come in the mail, we got approved for it last week. Lol. :) June 1st was a good day for me.. EAD/AP approval, health coverage began (but cards have to be mailed) and I redid my medical.. Hopefully this is my lucky month :)

Messybrownhair, congratulations!

We've contacted the Embassy to try and get copies of my husband's TB and syphilis results from his official medical so we don't have to pay a doctor here to do them again along with the transcribing of his vaccinations. I wish I hadn't messed up the I-693 this way, it's a real pain in the @$$! Especially since we did all of this ahead of time in London so we wouldn't have to pay to do it here! But hopefully we'll have it all sorted and can get back on track ASAP.

Well, we're still going to have to pay a doctor to transcribe, but since they all insist on giving him their own TB and syphilis test unless we can prove he's already had them (the tests) before they sign off on it, and of course charging us $100 or more for them, we thought it would be worth getting those results ourselves. Hoping to hear back from the embassy before the weekend.
