finally got an email saying they got the dress back. Was starting to worry

That's something, now for the second part. I can't foresee any problem with shipping you a dress that fits, Sir. rofl.gif

On July 16 they said they'd check to see if the bolero was altered to the measurements I'd provided. I sent them another message asking if they were able to make the adjustments or if they had to make them new. The reply was asking what adjustments were needed on the bolero! ARGH!!! It's in the email chain on June 29th!!!! When multiple people are replying to emails why don't they read the chain before replying???? :bonk:

Well, they made the adjustments and now new problems...

They snipped the extra material off the back of the gown but now it seems like they added it to the chest area. Almost completely exposed and no support....

They got the measurements corrected on the bolero across the back but it seems like they took the material from around the arms. My "wings" are being choked!

Dunno what I'll do now that the pageant is less than a month away. Still need shoes.

Pics, please. :innocent: :innocent: :innocent: This whole thing sucks, go get the shoes and see what you can do to get a refund. You may have no choice but to shop locally.
