I am sorry to hear that but please dont worry, we will solve this problem for you immediately.

Making dresses for customers that we could not meet with is really hard sometime, because we cannot measure the customer before we start on the dress, which make it very difficult to ensure that the dress will fit. But please dont worry, we will help you solve the problem to the best extent we can.

First, can you please let me know if it is possible to give us your custom measurements in Centimeters for Bust, Waist, hips and height? Also, can you send the dress back to us for a FREE alteration or exchange (when alteration is not possible). We will put your order in prior to other orders and make sure it will be completed within 2 days after we receive the dress. You dont need to pay a cent to get it altered or exchanged.

Please let me know how you want us to solve the problem for you.

Again, I apologize for the inconveniences this might have caused to you. I look forward to hearing from you.

They never replied after I told them it wouldn't fit in that box. Sent a follow up email.

We had gone to a couple of local places. One didn't have anything over size 18. The other didn't have anything that looked good on me.
