Where is the NVC case number supposed to be written on all the documents sent in the AOS and IV packet? I think I remember reading the top right hand corner but I`m not sure, could someone clarify?

Also, is the case number only to be written on the civil documents or on the USCIS/NVC forms as well? (I-864 + DS-230)

Thanks for any help, kind regards.

Yes, it's the top right hand corner. Remember though, it's not mandatory to write the case number, just a suggestion by NVC and VJ members. If you do, write it on all papers as any one of them can get lost. If you don't feel comfortable writing the case number on originals, you can use sticky notes that are easily removable afterwards.

Saylin,

If use electric processing, do you think it is necessary to right case number on top right of the documents?

If yes, I am from China, should I use GUZ or GZO case number?

Also, on originals I just wrote it lightly in pencil. Just for thought...

Even though I did EP, I still digitally added my case number.

If you do put your case number, I'd suggest using the GZO number.
