Hi all, I didn't receive an email or phone call or anything, but I just checked the CSC website and it says "Applicant Status: Ready for pickup" and it has a Waybill number. Does that mean I can go get my Visa???

It sure means it's been printed!!! Yay! But it might also mean it is ready for DHL to pick it up at the consulate? Try www.DHL.ca and enter your waybill number to see here it's at :)

Just did, looks like it's here in Ottawa (well, Nepean). Yay! :) Though this is what DHL says:

2011-05-13 07:26 Undeliverable NEPEAN

2011-05-13 02:36 Arrived at Delivery Facility NEPEAN

2011-05-12 21:57 Depart Facility DORVAL

The "undeliverable" part worries me. Should it say something else before I go pick it up?

Can you call the depot in Nepean and ask? It should say ready for pick up not undeliverable. See they aren't allowed to deliver it to you unless you have made the other arrangements. There is a customer service number if you can't call that depot directly.

Called DHL, it says undeliverable simply because I'm supposed to go pick it up, according to the agent I spoke to. I haven't gotten an email or phone call yet because it got there today, but I'm allowed to go get it. Yay!

Cheers! That's great news!

Could you track it online on the DHL.ca website using your reference ID? What info did they ask to location your package?

It's supposed to say undeliverable.. because it is, in fact, not deliverable :)

Make sure you take two photo ID's and the waybill number with you when you go pick it up.

Same here

They only told me to bring photo id and never asked for a waybill number. It is nice to see so many of us get our visas around the same time!
