"Touched" does NOT mean anything! people had it "touched" many times, I never had mine "touched" and I got my NOA2 before all of them so I wouldnt check so often or you may be disappointed and the wait time will seem longer!

Just to let everyone know our case was touched on 3/21. No email or sms from the INS, so check your case frequently.

It only means someone probably spilled coffee on it and the case was moved to a different box. Don't put any thought into a touch.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
