How does my US fiancee fill out his letter of intent question being embassy address? on my letter of intent i wrote down ( US Embassy Manila Philippines

Address 1201 Roxas Blvd.Manila 1000,Philippines) so does the US petitioner on his letter of intent put Manila's embassy address or his country embassy address????? please help, thanks

Sorry - you only put that address if you submitting it to the consulate, but I'm guessing you'll be sending it to the USCIS, therefore you should put their info - and so should your fiance.

so does that mean the US Petitioners letter of intent also has to say or put "manila US embassy on his letter of intent?" which means me and him will have the same answer on that one? thanks so much for the help :)

Both of you should address it to the USCIS. When the time comes that you will have your interview, then you can now address it to US Embassy in Manila.

Both of you should address it to the USCIS. When the time comes that you will have your interview, then you can now address it to US Embassy in Manila.

Are you talking about the letter of intent to go in with the 129f petition? If so you would put the USCIS address that the 129f is being sent off to both of them. You are not sending a letter of intent to Manila. This goes with 129f petition here in the USA.

thank you so much we were just confused in the exmple forms and didnt wanna take the risk and having to send back and forth the papers to me from US and blah, thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
