Sorry but you need to give more information for people to help you.

You posted in family based AOS. It sounds like he is not on a spousal or fiance visa. So its posted in the wrong area.

You will need to post more of a background on his entry and when and how etc. Hired his friends for what?

I have married a spanish man worried that he is not legal I have two children by him I have a buisness could this affect me ? He has hired his friends .Me so woorried

Are you worried because you think he might not be legal, or are you worried because you know that he isn't legal? After having two children with him I would suspect you know whether he's legal or not. Also, define precisely what you mean by "not legal". Does this mean he entered the US legally but has overstayed his visa, or does this mean he entered illegally; i.e., crossed the border without being cleared by US immigration (called "Entry Without Inspection", or EWI)?

Ok, if he's working in your business then it certainly could affect you. It's illegal to employ people who do not have authorization to work in the United States. If he's hiring illegal friends to work in your business then you're inviting a raid by ICE, substantial civil penalties, possible criminal penalties, and the possibility of your business being closed down. Take control of your business and get the illegal workers out, including your husband.

Now, are you a US citizen? If so, then it may be possible for you to help your husband get a green card. However, he can only get a green card if he entered the US legally. If he's an EWI then he can't get a green card.
