hi everyonq!

so when filing for the I 130, do I allready include the affidavits of support or is that in a later stage of the process!??

im confused!!!

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thats later. Make sure you read the guides that are on this forum. They are really helpful and will answer most of your questions. I printed them, along with the instructions on the uscis website.

Do not mix up "AOS/affidavit of support" from the petitioner or sponsor (which you need later, at the NVC stage)

with the affidavits from friends that you need to have in the first package with the I130!!

06/29/2010 - received by uscis

07/06/2010 - notice NOA1

07/08/2010 - updated

07/10/2010 - got NOA1 hard copy in the mail

11/01/2010 - moved from CSC to TSC

11/23/2010 - updated (post decision activity)

02/09/2011 - notification moved from TSC (back to initial review :o )

So, i can include affidavits from friends? What form was that? Because besides that we dont have another way to prove the bonafides of our marriage really, we only live together since we got married till the day I leave. Can us, only have lived together for a week, cause a problem with the I 130 as we fill it in under 'last adress and from when to when we lived together in the us' ?
