I flew with Delta for a few times and I like it. The food was nice than compare to other airline. The air crews were nice and helpful. The price is great and very suitable for your pocket. Good luck wish I get to use their service again after my visa has been approved :)

I have flown with a lot of different airline and delta is my favorite.

I was able to reschedule at short notice, easily and for a very tiny fee even though it wasnt a changable ticket. Ground crews have always been very helpful and have found them the politest in flight too.

Food and entertainment in flight was good and they were the cheapest one way I found. they said it was £700 one way and when i went to check out it said "flight prices have changed, do you wish to accept new price or look for a new flight" and it was only £500!

Additional luggage fees are also reasonable and I trusted delta so much I flew my dog with them from the uk to the usa and she was fine.

Hello, I wanted to tell you I LOVE to fly with Delta! I just got back to the USA on Monday I flew Delta from Cairo to Amsterdam to USA. Due to the curfew in Egypt right now my flight couldnt leave at 4:10 am like originally planned and due to this I had to stay overnight in AMsterdam.... in comes Delta to the rescue, they booked me a hotel room at no extra charge to me, provided me with meals and rides to and from airport also they gave us 5 dollar phonecards to call loved one, and they gave me a personal care bag that included pjs. The flight crews were all so very nice, the ride was smooth and the flights ran on time. So overall I would reccomend Delta and will be using Delta again in May to fly back to Egypt!!! Have a safe journey!

P.S. The seats are also much more comfy than other aircrafts I have been on, good for those long trips!

I have flown Delta quite a few times and have a ton of frequent flier miles with them (enough to get a couple automatic upgrades to first class, even when not wanted). I have only had one bad experience with them. Of course, the one and only time had to be when bringing the family from PI to US (me, wife, 5 yr old, 3 yr old, and 11 month old). Plane broke down in Nagoya Japan. Normally not a big deal, but what went from a couple-hour delay, turned into an overnight delay, then to a "we are leaving immediately, please line up to board", then "oops, we were wrong" and back to an overnight (where their organization in getting everybody into hotels and such was a disaster), to checking into a cramped Japanese hotel room with 5 people and a lot of bags at 9 pm after traveling since 4 am that morning (and a fire alarm waking the entire hotel at 2 am), to opening only 2 baggage counters for an entire 747 to check in an hour and a half prior to their revised scheduled take-off (everybody knew the night before we wouldn't be leaving then, and we were right). We were given new connections and I was ensured that I would still be sitting with my family even though we were under separate reservations (when I purchased the tickets they told me that they cross referenced the 2 itineraries so that they would be attached). When the plane took off 1 hour late (as expected), most of us knew that we would miss our new connections. The flight crew informed us that Delta was already rerouting everybody and would have everybody's new boarding passes ready upon arrival in Detroit. After clearing customs, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't over and everybody had to wait in line for 2 ticket counters to print everybody's new boarding passes. I have been on a few flights were they literally have a table set up at the gate giving everybody their new boarding passes. When we finally got to the front of the line (over 1 hour later), I was informed that I had received an automatic upgrade to first class!!, but it was on a different flight then the family. Finally got that straightened out (caused us to wait for a later flight) and finished our journey.

Sorry, just venting a little bit, but other than that one trip, I haven't had any problems with them. I couldn't believe that of all the flights, that had to be the one that was so screwed up.
