HI FELLAS,

NOVA2 MAKES US ONe STEP CLOSER TO WHAT WE really WANT. BUT ARE THERE ANY cases been rejected after getting noa2. What's the possibility of failing the interview? If our cases have been investigated in CSC and got approved. Why the heck will consulate screw with our visa granting? Anybody here ever got rejected on the interview? Please share your experiences in detail and alert us with red flags!

Thanks in advance!

Cheers

The approval gotten at USCIS level means that the beneficiary can apply for the visa. The final decision is up to the consular officer in charge of the interview and of examining the documents needed. I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
