Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.

Mrs. Finland I've been following your timeline since you are the oldest one in this thread, I was wondering any touches for you since the checks been cashed? no right, last touch I had the day when I had mine checks cashed... how about you?

No touches so far, but I wouldn't worry about those that much.. some people get virtually no touches in their USCIS profile, but it doesn't meant that your file has not been opened since it was mailed :) It only updates on the USCIS site when the barcode of the file is scanned, and then there's the fact that the USCIS website system is everything but reliable..

And then the other thing to consider is that before you have done your biometrics, there really isn't much reason for anyone to start seriously reviewing your file, since nothing will be issued before biometrics has been done. Someone most likely will go over it to see if anything crucial is missing and send an RFE if needed, but that's probably all that will happen to a file before biometrics anyways.

I'll let you know if the 'last updated' date changes :)

don't NOA's have the receipt number on them? or when you type it, it doesn't show up online? O_O

maybe you gotta contact USCIS 1-800 number for that, so you can check your status anytime online.. :)

been checking timelines most of the people who done an early-walk-ins or not they have an immediate touch the day they do walk-in or the next day. you know I did it long ago 11 days passed no touches.. but like you say sometimes it doesn't mean anything, sometimes maybe they don't update their site.

i have had this same problem..i was worried because i haven't had any touch on either my I485 and I765...i posted it here somewhere /started a thread... and then moments later..my EAD went directly to production -_- my biometrics was last march 2nd...until march 29th..no touches til 5pm of march 29th ..so yeah.. no touches for 27 days :/ then i just knew it's on production already..i think it's in their system...

and when you call, they would give you the same "30 days" thing..so all we gotta do is wait..which is hard to bear...

I have great news!

I called USCIS and an operator transferred me to another line and everything that i needed to know was answered. :)

She has a weird accent and i was so distracted lol! Anyways, she said that my AOS package was received on March 7th and after two weeks they cashed the check, that was 2days ago. Kinda took awhile.

And she even gave me my Receipt #. Starts with MSC.

Well that was a big relief. Its like a big thorn pulled out from my brain lol! :D

I just called them on behalf of my husband and was transferred to dept that handles AOS applications and Accdg to him he still couldnt find our case,the only thing he can find was the 129F petition that i filed in june.He said to call back after 30 -45 days.So i'll try again end of next week.To those who received their NOAs and biometrics appt congrats!:dance: and to those who are still waiting...lets all keep the faith.:thumbs:

Has anyone who has done walk-ins seen a benefit from it yet? We need to get AP by May 24 and even though the biometrics isn't for the AP we are hoping it helps speed up the processing of everything!

05/25/08 - Met through friends

08/03/08 - Became an official couple!

11/30/09 - Moved in together!

02/25/11 - Got married in Florida!

03/14/11 - Mailed AOS/AP/EAD to Chicago (Overnight)

03/15/11 - Delivery Confirmation from USPS to Chicago Lockbox

03/19/11 - NOA Text recieved from USCIS

03/18/11 - Official NOA letter recieved in mail! The process is offically in motion :)

03/26/11 - Received Biometrics Appt in Mail- April 11!

04/01/11 - Successful Biometrics Walk-In- East Hartford, CT

05/03/11 - EAD/AP approval

06/14/11 - Email notification of Interview on July 20!

My husband was able to do a successful biometrics walk-in today at the East Hartford office!! :)

Has anyone who has done walk-ins seen a benefit from it yet? We need to get AP by May 24 and even though the biometrics isn't for the AP we are hoping it helps speed up the processing of everything!

i think i am the earliest one who did a walk-in, but haven't seen any benefit yet, it's been exactly 11 days now since my walkin

05/03/2014 - (Day 04) - NOA Receipt Date

05/27/2014 - (Day 29) - Walk-In Biometrics (original date was 06/04/2014)

06/27/2014 - (Day 60) - In Line for Interviewing

10/06/2014 - (Day 102) - Interview in Long Island City Field Office, Result: RFE given

10/06/2014 - (Day 102) - Responded RFE

01/23/2015 - (Day 211) - Naturalization Oath Ceremony

01/23/2015 - (Day 211) - US Citizen
