1-130, AOS & IV Package paperworks

hello generous members.... so the 1-130, AOS and IV paperworks need to be sent in photocopy and the original should be kept by me as the beneficiary and the original needs to be presented upon interview??? pls help me...

I sent in all originals and didn't have any problems. I would suggest sending them in, and having another original copy for the interview.

Photocopies are ok for accompanying documents for I-130 and AOS.

For IV package, ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED COPIES of the civil documents are required.

Also for the AOS and IV packet, you should submit 1 original and 1 photocopy of each requirements and during the interview the Consulate will return to you all the copies you passed at NVC, but for security purposes you should have your own copy during the interview.

Immigrant Visa Processing From NVC, read carefully but not too deeply into it because the writing will have you second guessing yourself. Originals or certified originals from the issuing body is how I read the IV packet. As for AOS they'd need photocopies with the exception of the signed 864. Good Luck!!

Dont send originals with the I-130 package unless you have extra certified copies for NVC stage.
