Medical Insurance for Visiting Mother-In-Law????

Hello,

Does anyone know of any decent medical insurance companies I can use for giving my mother-in-law (her first time in the USA) temporary medical insurance while she's here?

I am a USC, my wife is a permanent resident. My mother-in-law has a vistor's visa and will be here for a few months. Just basic insurance in case of any emergencies.

A lot of these companies demand that they be citizens or residents. I've seen a few others that cater to immigrants, but am not sure who to trust.

Any ideas would be MOST appreciated!!!!

Usually you would buy Travel Insurance in your own country.

I believe Chile has a reasonably developed insurance sector, has she looked?

Yep, she can get travel insurance at home. Should be pretty cheap for a shortish trip. Look at a travel agents or something.
