no NVC case number yet

I got approval on january 11th for my I 130 from TSC. I am calling NVC everyday.No case number yet .Talked to operator at NVC and TSC . They told me to wait for 90 days . everybody gets their case number in 3 days .Why I have to wait 90 days?

Unfortunately, TSC messed up pretty big when they got a bunch of transferred files from CSC. Not only are a bunch of people over 6 months waiting for their approvals, there's also a bunch of people that have been waiting longer than usual for a case number. It's because TSC actually hasn't shipped your case yet.

I strongly suggest you visit this thread: http://www.visajourn...ifornia-part-2/ It's a thread for those that were transferred to TSC back in November and the problems they had to go through. Some of them are still waiting for approvals and it's been 7-8 months. There's even a handful of people that were approved back at the end of November that just recently got their case number, almost 90 days later.

We were approved Jan 13th and got our case number Febr 17th, so you will get yours very soon!

I think the entire system is a little messed up! I finally got my NOA2(after 212 days) on the 14th, hard copy on the 18th and I just called NVC's automated number and my NVC# was generated on the 18th...
