hi! im new here and I find everything and everyone so helpful. I hope to have a succesful journey just like most of the people here.

I just have a question. I already filed all necessary docs for AOS and I-130 and the rest. the only thing I left out was the I-131. I had second thoughts about it. I already received the email and text re USCIS acceptance confrimation and they already cashed the checks. I've now decided that i want to send the I-131 now. My son is still in my home country and my other family members are there too so I think it's important that I have the AP in case anything comes up right? Is it ok to still send it? What do i write down on alien #? do i get an alien # when I receive NOA? should I just wait for NOA first before sending 1-131?

Hoping for someone to give me some light on this. Thanks!

You can apply for the I-131 and send a copy of the NOA1 for the I-485 so he fee will be waived. It will get matched up with the rest of your application. Your A number is on your NOA1. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
