In the April bulletin, they don't mention F2A in this paragraph now, doesn't that imply # of F2A applicants have dropped or stabilized now? Maybe F2A cut-off date will jump forward again? :no:

D. RETROGRESSION OF FAMILY PREFERENCE CUT-OFF DATES

Continued heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First (F1) preference category has required the retrogression of the Worldwide, China-mainland born, and India cut-off date for the month of April.

Further retrogressions cannot be ruled out should demand continue at the current levels for some categories and countries.

Least THE F2A group moved up 3 months unlike the F3 group.

I´m glad to inform that F3 did moved from 01JAN01 to 15MAR01 ... Still not as good as we would like to, but something is better than nothing or Retro!
