I received a RFE on January after 5 months of sending my I129-F package, :angry: ... And I gather all the information I could and what they asked me for, and I send it... Its been 8 days since they recieved it, How much time are they going to keep me waiting because it seems like their taking forever with my case ??? :crying: I can not wait anymore this whole process seems to be complicated... :help: MY CASE IS BEING PROCESSED AT THE CALIFORNIA CERVICE CENTER...

Mine took three weeks, but it's different with every case...it's hard to say how long it will take. I hope they will approve it very quickly for you:)

Based on user inputted data here, it takes 2 to 4 weeks after replying to an RFE. Though that's just a rough average and not a guarantee.

We replied on our RFE on the 19th of January and are still waiting for the NAO2, our case is also beinig processed at California Service Centre.

Hopefully we will get an answer soon

12/30 RFE received
