has anyone heard of this senators office tells me decision made and petition sent to NVC on feb 1st now NVC say they not have it and uscis costumer service level 2 say no decision still in review. what is going on ?

what visa are you chasing after ?

what petition did the USC Spouse file?

I do not know what visa all i know is i filed a I-130 for her and senator say approved on feb 1st and sent to nvc but nvc not have it and uscis say they never made decision

Assuming you've been married less than two years, that a CR1 visa. If NVC doesn't have your case file, then your Senator's office was wrong. How can we help you further?

Assuming you've been married less than two years, that a CR1 visa. If NVC doesn't have your case file, then your Senator's office was wrong. How can we help you further?

We have been married for 6 months i do not know how anyone can help us but any help is welcome Thank you
