i just realized i forgot to send the copy of the birth certificates in the i-129F packet, is there a way i can mail them the certificates?

11-17-10...I-129F sent

11-24-10...NOA1

4-21-11....RFE

5-19-11....NOA2

5-27-11....NVC Received

5-31-11....NVC Left

?.............Consulate Received

6-6-11.....Packet 3 received

7-4-11.....Medical Exam

7-5-11.....ASC Appointment

7-6-11.....Interview Date.... Visa approved!!

7-12-11....Received Visa ... had to go back in person to get it

7-13-11....Enter USA

7-18-11....informal marriage certificate

7-23-11....Justest of the Peace wedding

Probably no. You can TRY. make COPIES and send them to the same service center with a cover and make sure to include your case number. If you do not have the case number yet, wait until you do.

Best case, they will get it together with your file. Most likely case? It goes into the USCIS black hole and you wasted some postage and you get an RFE. Send it USPS with delivery confirmation

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

no i did not,, i have both copies of passport and birth certificates but i forgot to put them in, and i did not realize it untill now, i sent the packet in november and i already got my NOA1, so i have the case number, i did not now wether to wait for RFE or if i could send it before and hope they put it together,, man i cant believe i left that out, so would it be better to wait for RFE? how much longer is the wait?
