APPROVED!!!

We were told to wait until February 9, and the day before that, they approved our case!!! But we went through several process just to get that. What's important now is that, the longest wait is finally over!!!

Question: Do I have to bring the originals of I-130 and I-864 during interview? Like with Matt's signature in it? Or it's okay if Matt will scan and I'll print them?

This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. -Psalm 118:24

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Congratz!

Bringing a signed (by the petitioner) copy of the AOS to the interview is a must.

Bring not only the copy of your I-130 but everything.

Good luck on the rest of your journey.

So you mean, he has to send the AOS papers in the mail? And not only the printed one? Cause we planned that he's going to just scan them so I can print them.

I forgot that you're a CR-1. A scanned copy of the AOS will be sufficient.

I brought a signed copy with me to the interview just to be on the safe side.

Whew! So, I'll be good if I'll just have the printed copies from the scanned documents right? I keep on repeating it. lol

Thank you!
