Congratulations i cant wait for mine, so it looks like they are working on September NOA1's.

Mine is OCT 21st so hopefully anytime next month.

Are there any people who filed before Sep that are still waiting from CSC?

we're trying to apply for my WIFE's grren card now, after being married 12/21/10,in Montana, but i cant find our NOA2. is it the same as our I-797C? that paper from them is on their special paper and says its been approved and sent to NVC then to embassy. or did they keep it at immig when we entered usa at SF airport? dammit, all these piles of papers! or maybe our attnys (Allan Lolly & Assoc) have a copy?

Gragratulations...we have the same NOA! date and I saw the CSC was working into out week so I was wondering if you would here soon. VSC is picking up steam and I'm hoping I find out that we get approved while I'm visiting her for the next 1.5 weeks. Would love to celebrate that together. I think Cupid Gave you two a wonderful early Valentine's Day : )

KIR 650. I would imagine your reciept number on your NOA1 would be the same as Your NOA2. It is a tracking vehicle.

Congratulations!!!

2005---We met by friend/Church member that was living in Nigeria

2006---We begin to talk about getting married

2007---I was going to met him face to face, but hurt my back couldn't walk..

2009---Was able to see each for the first time.. I got my engagement ring (WOW).. :wow:

2010-01-22 mailed I129f

2010-01-26 got NOA1

2010-05-12 called to see why no NOA2, I was told that our case is not being processed yet!!!!! No notes in the computer

other then the mailing of the NOA1!!!!!!! :angry:

2010-05-18 called SERVICE CENTER again to see what's going on with our case.. NOT BEING PROCESSED YET I WAS TOLD AGAIN!!!

2010-06-16 Got notice that NOA2 was approved 141 days after NOA1. We got our approval on Ossy's Birthday.. Happy birthday honey, I love you!!!!

2010-06-21 got NOA2 in hand

2010-06-22 called NVC to see if papers was there, but was told that my DOB was not right in the system. Just mailed a letter along with a copy of my birth certificate asking to change my DOB.. Way to go VCS..

2010-06-22 NVC received the case

2010-06-23 Case sent to Embassy in Barbados

2010-06-28 Embassy received our case

2010-08-09 Interview Administrative Review

2010-11-15 Approved for Visa (I was on the mission to make sure the INTERVIEWER that we had never interviewed anyone else and I did it).. Know that you have right and don't let the interviewer cross the line..

2010-12-10 Visa and Passport in hand!!! Thank God!!!

2010-12-19 Ossy will enter the States!!

June 7, 2010 - Will asked me to marry him, and I said YES!!
October 4, 2010 - Will sent away the I-129F Petition
October 12, 2010 - NOA1 received!
October 15, 2010 - First "touch"
October 18, 2010 - Second "touch"

March 18, 2011 - NVC forwarded our case to the Montreal Consulate....NOT where we wanted it to go!
March 25, 2011 - Email from Montreal saying that our case would be forwarded to Vancouver - only took one night for a reply from them smile.png

Thanks everyone. I just received hard copy of the NOA2 today. I hope NVC will be receiving the case next week so that we can get a case number.

08-22-2008 - Met my wonderful wife in the Philippines.
03-21-2010 - I proposed to her in the Philippines.
09-07-2010 - I-129F filed for K-1 Visa.
09-12-2010 - NOA1 confirmation email received.
11-02-2010 - I visitied the Philippines again.

02-07-2011 - NOA2 email recieved. Approved.
03-22-2011 - Case at USEM.

04-15-2011 - Interview Date. She passed.
05-01-2011 - POE

06-25-2011 - We were married.

-Life has been great ever since.
