Are many others in our situation? We filed for removal of conditions to California service center and got NOA dated Jan 7, and as of now still no Biometrics letter?? Our biometrics will be in Portland, OR.

Thanks for any updates!

Seeing the NOA is dated January 7, you should be able to give USCIS a call after the weekend. I think that's currently maybe the best thing to do, the biometrics appointment letter might have gotten lost in the mail. I know this isn't much of a help for you right now but I doubt there are many other options.
