Thats what I thought and thats why i said 1099s are needed too if they are sending 1040 - must include ALL pages. Then I said to OP to get the transcript instead because it is less complicated and has less worry if pages are missing. I have seen people get RFEd on VJ for 1099s and sheduals because they had not included them.

Yeah, I wasn't disagreeing with you at all. I was just adding that the OP might not even have a 1099, and that 1099 was not a tax form to fill out, like the 1040. Not all 1040 tax returns have 1099s. Sorry if you thought I was arguing with you; I wasn't :)
