Hi,

I saw that for the k-1 some countries require proof that the beneficiary and/or petitioner have never been married (or proof of divorces). Neither my fiance nor I have ever been married. Do we need to provide proof of this? (He is from Peru). If so, how?

Thanks

No proof to submit if you never been married. Just signed letters of intent to marry from you both.

The OP needs a country specific answer, as there ARE some countries where evidence of marital/single status is required before a family/petition based visa will be issued.
